Cori’s Pick: Be Frank With Me by Julia Claiborne Johnson

The debut novel of Julia Claiborne Johnson, her well-developed and quirky characters left me hungry to read anything and everything else she (hopefully) releases.  This is the story of an eccentric woman and her son, and how a newly acquired assistant-turned-nanny gets wrapped into their unconventional world.   This book left me laughing out loud and wanting the characters to be real so I could meet them.  One of my favorite reads of 2016!
